Working Principle
The main motor of box feeder runs through the three root type A triangle leather belt. The cycloidal pinwheel reducer and a pair of inclinded gear will torque to active sprocket. The sprocket drive chain and the carrier board device run with the speed of v=1.14m/min .
Raw materials on the carrier board move forward together with the carrier board and the load weight can be adjusted by the gate. The raw materials fall down to the hopper (made by the user) through the crusher then feed the next machine through the belt conveyor.
