Side plates combined with molds can hold slurry and green bricks to the cutting machine of cutting,and after grouping with the larry ,they will be conveyed to the autoclave for steaming.
In the third stage of aac block machine production line ,we need to use mould and side plate for the casting and maintenance of aac block.Materials slurry can be put into the combining of the mould
and the bottom surface plate. After settling,curing and foaming it can be solidified into the blank.
The bottom surface plate can bear the blank which shall be cut by the cutting machinery ,and to be fed into the autoclave to be hardened together with the hardening car.The hardening car is a carrier to carry the bottom surface plates and the blank to enter and then leave the autoclave.

Double-layer hollow side plates work for heat insulation ,and the inner to enhance the rigidity,prevent from deformation and prolong the service life .
The mould is a vessel into which concrete slurry is poured. In the mould, the slurry stiffens to form the green cake. The green care rises due to the evolution of hydrogen gas from the reaction between aluminum powder and rest of concrete slurry. The process is termed as pre-setting.
AAC block advantages
